Journal works, no freezing at Chapter 9 and 11.

For all those not able to do the fix,
Now this is just plug'n'play, if you still cant manage it I cant help you.
Nice side effect of the fix is the game now fits on external hdd too
since there is no big files anymore. Instead there is a bunch of small
files now, but there is near to no slowdown in the loading times.

Downsized to 33 GB by ripping all 3D movies and all languages except English.

Also from the comments this will only work on 3.55 cfw and above but its up to you if you want to try it and anyone want to post if it works on versions below then that would be very helpful for everyone

FIX FOR 3.41 & 3.55 CFW

(1) Install Uncharted 3 onto the PS3
(2) delete camera.txt from dev_hdd0/GAMES/BCES01175/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/build/main/movies1/
(3) Replace the EBOOT.BIN in dev_hdd0/GAMES/BCES01175/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ with the one included in the RAR
(4) Launch Game
(5) PROFIT

NOTE: GOING TO DRAKE’S JOURNAL FREEZES GAME. UPDATE 1.01 FIXES THIS BUG, BUT IS ENCRYPTED. DO NOT UPDATE THE GAME, IT WILL BECOME UNPLAYABLE ON 3.55.

FIX FOR FREEZE

1. Extact Uncharted 3 to your PC.

2. Copy extract.bat ,psarc.exe and zlib.net.dll from the UC3-355FiX.rar to PS3_GAME\USRDIR\BUILD\MAIN.

2. Run the extract.bat (this will extract the required psarc files and delete them when finished).

3. Rename the "bindc1" folder to "dc1" and move it inside the empty "bin" folder.

4. copy the "USRDIR" folder from the UC3-355FiX.rar into the PS3_GAME folder of Uncharted 3 (Click yes to overwrite all files).

5. Replace the EBOOT.BIN with the one included in the UC3-355FiX.rar.

6. Transfer Uncharted back to your PS3, launch in Multiman.
