2.For BLES01133 retail Just install DLC pkg and play the game from MM,you don't need any updates for game to play all this, just simple install and play nothing more.

For BLUS30650 retail owners: Extract DLC.pkg on pc and copy content folder to your BLUS30650/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/BIOGAME/DLC. Play the game from MM.
